Do you like to work in a fast paced and professional administrative environment?  Are you full of energy, outgoing, detail oriented and honest to a fault?  If so, The Fort Miller Group, Inc. would like you to apply for our Administrative Assistant position. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering the telephone, handling incoming and outgoing mail (including FedEx), processing purchase orders and vouchering invoices, and receiving and entering orders from our customers. Other administrative duties will be required as needed.

Qualifications for our Administrative Assistant:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment with constant interruptions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Switchboard experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative capacity a must
